Contextual insights
Reads your clinic state — queue, transcripts, Rx, inventory — and surfaces the single most useful nudge per screen. No spam, only signal.
Clio reads your clinic's real-time state — queue, transcripts, prescriptions, labs — and delivers insights, drafts, and answers specific to the patient in front of you. With citations, always.
Clio is not six separate AI tools stitched together. It's one assistant that sees your full clinic context and knows which kind of help you need, when.
Reads your clinic state — queue, transcripts, Rx, inventory — and surfaces the single most useful nudge per screen. No spam, only signal.
Every answer cites the past visits it referenced. No hallucinations. Tap any citation to open the source visit and audit what informed the response.
Type a brand name, a generic, or a SMILES. Get indications, dosage, interactions, contraindications — cached per-clinic so repeat lookups are instant.
Clio drafts SOAP, Brief, Detailed, Follow-up — or your custom template. Same voice transcript, multiple structured outputs.
Flags long waiters, identifies en-route patients, balances doctor load, and predicts end-of-day so your front desk never scrambles.
Clio only sees your workspace. No cross-clinic learning without explicit consent. Toggle per-screen or entirely off from Settings → Clio AI.
When Clio responds to a clinical question, it retrieves the most similar past visits from your clinic and shows them as citations under the answer. One tap opens the source visit so you can see exactly what informed the response.
pgvector inside your workspace — never cross-clinic by default. Chunked on every Visit, Rx, and lab upload.
Every response shows "Referenced N past visits". Tap to open the transcript, Rx, or lab report Clio pulled from.
Every interaction is logged. Regulators, insurers, and your own QA reviewers can trace any recommendation back to its evidence.
One assistant, every surface. Clio appears contextually — not as a chatbot you have to remember to ask, but as quiet intelligence woven into the screens you already use.
Three most-relevant rows for your day — pending appointments, out-of-stock pharmacy items, follow-up patients due. Taps through to action.
While you're writing a prescription, Clio surfaces what you need to know — at max dose? check for interactions? — as a tiny slide-up chip. Dismiss or act.
Type a brand name, a generic, or paste a SMILES. Clio returns a structured monograph with indications, dosage, interactions, contraindications, and stock level — cached per-clinic, so every repeat lookup is instant.
Clio is a powerful tool. It's also transparent, revocable, and scoped to exactly what you want it to see. Every interaction is auditable — every recommendation is a draft until you approve it.
No cross-clinic data. Retrieval is namespaced per workspace. You literally cannot see — and Clio cannot leak — another clinic's records.
Every note, prescription, and referral Clio writes is a draft. You review, edit, sign. Your edits feed back into your personal patterns.
Every Clio output is timestamped, attributed, and stored alongside the source record. Easy to retrieve for QA, regulators, or disputes.
Settings → Clio AI. Flip the master switch, or mute individual capabilities (stock nudges, queue intelligence, drug research) independently.
Clio is the first AI in healthcare that feels like it's actually reading my patient's chart, not hallucinating. The citations make the difference — I trust what it says because I can see why.
Clio is new. These are the questions doctors ask most during demos.
Clio is the AI clinical assistant that lives inside every screen of MediSero+ — home dashboard, consults, prescriptions, patient files, research, pharmacy. It reads your clinic's real-time context and surfaces insights + drafts + answers specific to the patient in front of you.
When Clio answers a clinical question, it retrieves similar past visits from your clinic's record and shows them as citations under the response — e.g. "Referenced 3 past visits". Tap any citation to open the exact source visit. This keeps answers grounded and auditable — no hallucinations.
No. Each clinic's data is isolated. Clio's retrieval is scoped to the workspace you're logged into. Cross-clinic learning requires explicit opt-in and is anonymised before any model training.
Yes — entirely, or per-screen. Settings → Clio AI lets you toggle the master switch and every sub-insight (stock optimization, practice analytics, queue intelligence, drug research, follow-up compliance). Some doctors run Clio hot for the first month, then dial back; others keep it on permanently.
Never. Clio drafts — you review, edit, and sign. Every clinical output is in draft state until you approve it. Your edits help Clio learn your preferences over time (locally, within your clinic).
Transcription runs on Deepgram with a hybrid cheap+expensive re-processing pipeline (low-confidence segments get upgraded automatically). Reasoning uses GPT-4o-mini for 95% of traffic and GPT-4o for the hardest 5%. Our roadmap fine-tunes open models on anonymised data so Clio becomes increasingly clinic-native.
Data is stored regionally — AWS (ap-south-1), DPDP Act 2023 compliant, IT Act ready. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest. Audit logs, role-based access, and one-click data export + delete from Settings.
Sign up, import a sample visit, and see what Clio does with real data — not a demo script.
