Multi-Clinic

One doctor, many clinics, one account.

If you consult at 3 hospitals and 1 clinic, you don't want 4 logins. MediSero+ runs each clinic as its own workspace — own queue, own patients, own billing — but switching between them is a single tap.

Capabilities

What multi-clinic actually requires.

Eight pieces. Most EHRs make you re-login or, worse, force you to use a different system per clinic. We refuse that.

Workspace switch
One tap to switch from "Kapoor Clinic" to "Iyer Paediatrics". Each workspace has its own queue, patients, and settings.
Role-based access
Doctor, FD, pharmacist, clinic admin, owner. Permissions tuned per role — clinical write, billing read, audit-log access.
Invite + accept
Clinic admin sends an invite by email or share-link. Doctor accepts; they're a member with the right role from day one.
Visiting-doctor friendly
Set an expiry date on a member. Auto-deactivated when the short-term placement ends. Audit trail preserved.
Per-workspace audit
Every action logged with workspace context. Compliance teams see what was done where, by whom, when.
Clinic groups
Hospital chains: a parent group with multiple clinic workspaces below. Group-level analytics roll up; clinic-level data stays isolated.
Single sign-on
One MediSero account, many clinics. No re-login when you walk from your morning clinic to your evening one.
Per-clinic templates
Voice-note + Rx templates can be private (yours), workspace-shared, or group-shared. You decide.
Who it's for

Four shapes of multi-clinic life.

Visiting consultants, visiting doctors, hospital chains, trainees — same workspace primitives, different role + scope per persona.

The visiting consultant
Cardiologist who consults at 3 hospitals + 1 clinic. Each workspace has different rules, FDs, billing models. One MediSero account, four memberships.
The visiting doctor
Joins a clinic for 2 weeks while the regular GP is away. Invited with end-date. All consults attribute to them; access auto-revokes when they leave.
The clinic chain
6 branches under one brand. Each has its own queue, FD, pharmacy, billing. Group-level analytics roll up to the founder. Patient records share where the patient consents.
The trainee
Resident doctor working at a teaching hospital. Restricted role — can write notes but not sign Rx until a senior co-signs. Every action audit-logged for training.
Invite + accept

From email to first consult — under a minute.

Onboarding a new doctor or staff member used to be a paperwork ritual. Now it's a 4-step flow.

01
Admin sends invite
From workspace settings → "Invite member". Email + role. Optional expiry date for visiting doctors.
02
Doctor accepts
They get an email + in-app banner. Tap accept; the workspace is added to their switcher.
03
Role applied
On accept, the assigned role + permissions are activated. They can use the app per their role from minute one.
04
Audit logged
Every action across the workspace is captured. Admin sees a per-member, per-action audit trail.

I work at three hospitals on different days. Used to carry three different login lists in my head. Now I tap a switcher in the top corner and the right queue, the right patients, the right templates load. It's the small thing that makes me not late.

FAQ

Multi-clinic questions, answered.

Can I be a doctor in one clinic and just an FD in another?

Yes. Roles are per-workspace. You can be a senior doctor in your own clinic, a visiting consultant in another, and an FD in a third — all from the same MediSero account. The app re-skins to your role when you switch.

How is the data separated?

Each workspace has its own database isolation — queue, patients, billing, settings. A doctor only sees patients of the clinics they're a member of. Group-level rollups (for hospital chains) are explicitly granted; not on by default.

What happens to my consults if I leave a clinic?

Your consults stay attributed to you in the clinic's record (medical record retention requires it). Your access to that workspace is revoked. The clinic admin can request a record export for legal reasons; you can export your own consult history for personal records.

How do hospital groups work?

A parent "group" workspace contains multiple clinic workspaces below it. Group admins see roll-up analytics, can move members between clinics, and centralise compliance. Clinic-level operations (queue, billing, Rx) stay within each clinic.

Can I share patients across workspaces?

Only with explicit patient consent + scope. A patient can choose to be visible across two clinics in the same chain (e.g. cardiology branch + paediatrics branch of the same group). Default is isolated.

What about templates and Rx defaults across clinics?

Three layers: private (yours, follows you everywhere), workspace-shared (only visible to that clinic), group-shared (across all clinics in a hospital group). Mix and match as needed.

One account. Every clinic. Every shift.

Free 14-day trial. Workspace switching, role-based access, visiting-doctor support — all included.
