Identity check
Aadhaar / passport — uploaded + verified at signup.
A signed prescription is a legal document. We verify that you are who you say you are, licenced where you say you're licenced, and current on renewal — so every Rx, referral, and report carries that weight.
Eight verifications, not eight hoops. Once at signup, then quiet — until renewal time.
Aadhaar / passport — uploaded + verified at signup.
NMC, IMC, GMC, state council registration verified against the official register.
PG diploma, MD, MS, fellowship — uploaded + endorsed. Used to gate specialty packs.
Clinical Establishment Act registration (India), Clinical Establishment Act number — captured + visible on Rx.
Selfie compared to ID photo with liveness check. Anti-spoofing built in.
Licence expiry date stored. Reminders 90 / 30 / 7 days before. Doctor can't sign Rx if expired.
KYC takes 5 minutes at signup. Full app access unlocks once verified — usually within 24 hours.
Every KYC document timestamped + immutable. Full export for regulator audits.
Most KYC flows feel like applying for a passport. We made ours feel like signing up for a banking app.
We integrate with the official medical councils where we operate. Other countries fall back to manual review by our compliance team.
A patient asked me last month, 'Doctor, how do I know your prescription is real?' I showed her the verify-MediSero QR. Three seconds later she had my registration number, my specialty, my clinic licence. That was the end of the conversation.
Medical-grade software handles patient data and signs prescriptions. We have a duty (and increasingly a legal one — ABDM and DPDP Act) to verify that doctors are who they say they are, and licenced where they say they're licenced. KYC also protects you: a verified MediSero account is more trustworthy to insurers, hospitals, and patients.
Automated verification (NMC, IMC, GMC) is usually instant. Manual review for edge cases (overseas trained, visiting doctor, recent registration) takes up to 24 hours. You can use parts of the app (queue, vitals, demo data) before full clinical access is unlocked.
Tell us at signup. Our compliance team reviews international credentials manually — usually 24-48 hours. We support NMC + every state medical council in India.
In the same region as your clinical data — AWS (ap-south-1) — your data never leaves India. ID documents are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption. Access is limited to the compliance team + automated verifier; every access is audit-logged.
You'll get reminders 90, 30, and 7 days before expiry. If expiry passes, you can still log in and view records, but you can't sign new Rx until you re-upload the renewed licence. We don't want to be the reason you accidentally prescribe on an expired licence.
No — each doctor must verify their own identity. The clinic admin can verify the clinic's registration (Clinical Establishment Act, Clinical Establishment Act number), but the doctor's personal KYC must be done by them.
Free 14-day trial. KYC takes 5 minutes; full access usually within 24 hours.
